- Look at the weight as you pull it across your body*
B2. Kneeling Overhead Pallof Press
- Knee closest to the cable column is bent
- Attmept to hold the cable handle straight above your head without leaning in either direction
B3. Crunch and Reach
- maintain neutrality of lower spine by reaching UP instead of crunching toward your knees.
