These workouts are to be preceded by the Nonlinear Warmup.

SAQ 1: Jumping & Acceleration

A. 2 Low Squat Jumps to Scissor Jump and Sprint 10 Yards

  • concentrate on really getting the knees UP on the low squat jumps
  • EXPLODE as high as possible on the split squat jump
  • land as softly as possible in a low split squat position and explode forward into a sprint

B. Power Skips for Distance

C. 3 Step Approach Jump

SAQ 2: Footwork & Discwork

A. Jog 10 yards, jab step to 10 yard sprint

B. Jog 10 yards, waltz step to 10 yard sprint

C. 3 Cone Throw and Go Acceleration

(cones about 10 yards apart)
