- Sprint between 2 cones 50 yards apart
Low Squat Jumps
- Stay low! knees close to 90 degrees
- Minimal ground contact time
- Think about bringing knees up
Conditioning 2
Shuttle Complex
- Sprints, clap pushups, and frog jumps
Extended Pro Lateral Drill
- Sprints of various lengths with changes of direction
